  • Product Portfolio Contracting & Pricing Analyst (Full Time)
  • Booking Coordinator (Full time)

JOB DETAILS / BENEFITS

Employees for these advertised positions will work at our ICT Office in Phu Nhuan District, HCMC and standard working hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00 pm, and Saturdays 8:00 am-midday. Occasional out of hours work may be required due to the nature of the industry. Additional benefits include discounted rates for personal travel, and opportunities for staff development, training and promotion.

POSITION: PRODUCT PORTFOLIO CONTRACTING AND PRICING ANALYST

ROLE SUMMARY
You will be responsible for handling the product portfolio, which includes, but is not limited to: contracting, fair market analysis, product portfolio pricing and reporting.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
– Experience working with contracts and finance
– Experience with Microsoft Office software packages including advanced skills with Excel
– Experience with Google Docs/Sheets
– Good English skills (both speaking and writing)
– Excellent Vietnamese skills (both speaking and writing)
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Positive proactive attitude & good teamwork
– Logical & organised
– Calm under pressure
– Attention to detail
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
– Experience working in the travel/tourism industry

POSITION: BOOKING COORDINATOR

ROLE SUMMARY
You will be responsible for handling the tour bookings which includes, but is not limited to: arranging the services, itinerary delivery quality control, customer service, progress updates, preparing and sending travel documents.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
– Experience handling travel bookings in the travel & tourism industry (minimum 1 year)
– Experience working with service providers in the travel & tourism industry (minimum 1 year)
– Good English skills (both speaking and writing)
– Excellent Vietnamese skills (both speaking and writing)
– Experience with Microsoft Office software packages including Microsoft Word & Excel
– Experience with Google Docs/Sheets
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Positive proactive attitude & good teamwork
– Logical & organised
– Calm under pressure
– Attention to detail
