What is Wellness?

If you ask ten people you are likely to get ten different answers. Wellness is an intangible concept, and therefore is difficult to define. Similar to concepts like ‘health’ or ‘happiness’, it is broad and can encompass many things. In the dictionary it is defined as “the state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal.” and this seems understandable, especially when broken down into health for the mind, body & soul.
